2010 Central Texas State Fair

Commercial Booth Guidelines

1. Assembly Hall (air conditioned)

10' x 10' @ $200.00

10' x 20' @ $275.00

10' x 30' @ $350.00

10' x 40' @ $425.00

Commercial booths in the Assembly Hall may set up on Thursday, beginning at 10:00 am (anyone with special
needs should set up on Wednesday so that they may be addressed). Nothing may be sold, given away, or
otherwise disposed of by an exhibitor without approval. Booths must be kept attractive and fit in space designated
on the application.

No merchandise deemed obscene by Fair Management will be allowed.

Assembly Hall hours: Friday 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Sunday 12:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
All booths MUST be open during these hours. Times are subject to change.

2. Outside Booth (Fairground)

10' x 10' @ $200.00

10' x 20' @ $275.00

10' x 30' @ $350.00

10' x 40' @ $425.00

3. Exposition Building (Livestock Area)

10' x 10' @ $200.00

10' x 20' @ $275.00

10' x 30' @ $350.00

Hours of operation will be Friday: 5:00 pm - 11:00 pm, Saturday: 12:00 pm - Midnight, Sunday: 12:00 pm - 11:00 pm.
Times are subject to change.

Exhibitor Passes: All exhibitors will be required to have a pass or pay admission. Each exhibitor may be
issued up to 2 passes. Additional passes may be purchased for $5.00 each

Refunds: No refunds will be given after application is received.

Fair Security: Security personnel are on duty at all hours during the Fair for your protection and safety.
The Central Texa State Fair/ Bell County Expo Center will not be liable for loss or damage caused by
fire, theft, or vandalism.

Sound Devices: No sound systems or broadcasting devices of any kind may be used without the approval
of the Fair Management.

Compliance with laws-lessee, his agents, employees, or assignees shall comply with all rules,
regulations and requirements of the Health Department, Fire marshall, or any governmental
entity having jurisdiction over the premises.
