COMMERCIAL BOOTH GUIDELINES
August 29 - August 31, 2008
An application and payment for booth rental is necessary to apply for a spot in the 2008 CTSF. A received application and deposit does not mean that a space is guaranteed. We will evaluate your product from your descriptions and photos that should be included with the compelted application.
Booth rentals include access to electricity. Vendors must provide their own extension cords.
Rates for the Assembly Hall and Fairground Booth Exhibits:

Main Arena Concourse is only open during Main Arena ticketed events.

1. EXHIBITOR PASSES: All exhibitors will be required to have an exhibitor armband pass or pay admission. Each exhibitor may be issued up to 2 armbands. If additional passes are needed for daily help at the booth please note how many. ___________
2. REFUNDS: No refunds will be given after application is received.
3. FAIR SECURITY: Security personnel are on duty at all hours during the Fair for your protection and safety. The Fair Association will not be liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, or vandalism. However, we will take every precaution to protect your investments.
4. SOUND DEVICES: No sound systems or broadcasting devices of any kind may be used without the approval of the Fair management. We contract entertainment for the Fair and such devices will be in conflict and thus prohibited.
5. Compliance with laws-lessee, his agents, employees or assignees shall comply with all rules, regulations and requirements of the Health Department, Fire Marshall, or any governmental entity having jurisdiction over the premises.
