The Central Texas State Fair will have the exclusive rights to sell beer. Vendors wishing to sell
carbonated soft drinks and/or bottled water must purchase these items from the Expo Center
contracted food service provider, Treat America. Pricing TBA.
A type K fire extinguisher is required for all food vendors.
