Central Texas State Fair
September 3, 4, & 5, 2010
Set-up Times:
Food vendors may begin set-up on September 2, 2010 at 12:00 pm. Set-up must be complete by 4:00 pm on
September 3, 2010. A list of items to be sold and prices must be submitted with application. All concessionaires
are to deposit refuse in the the containers furnished. Under no circumstances will stakes be driven into the pavement
without approval from Fair Management. Vendors will be placed at the discretion of Fair Management. Fair Management
will set minimum price on all drink items.
Beverages:
The Bell County Expo Center is a TABC licensed venue, therefore it is unlawful for vendors other than Licensee to
sell, delivers, or otherwise provide alcoholic beverages to customers, staff, or employees. Vendors wishing to sell
carbonated soft drinks and/or bottled water must purchase these items from the Expo Center contracted food service
provider, Treat America, with pricing TBA. Please contact Treat America at 254-933-1130 to place an order. Dr. Pepper
is the official soft drink of the Bell County Expo Center.
Fairgrounds Hours: Subject to change

Exhibitor Passes:
All vendors will be required to have a pass or pay admission. Each vendor will be issued 2 passes. Additional passes
may be purchased for $5.00 each.
Refunds:
No refunds will be given after application is recieved.
Sound Devices:
No sound systems or broadcasting devices of any kind may be used without the approval of the Fair Management.
Fair Security:
Security personnel are on duty at all hours during the fair for your protection and safety. The Central Texas State Fair/
Bell County Expo Center will not be liable for loss or damage caused by fire, theft, or vandalism.
